Kendall McCollum Client Manager

As client manager, Kendall is the first contact for potential and existing clients, and ensures that our new and existing clients feel comfortable and cared for. She manages the firm’s calendar, is responsible for maintaining all of our vendor relationships and handles client billing. In addition, Kendall serves as our general office manager, and assists management in HR efforts as necessary.

Kendall received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Humanities for Teaching from Seattle University’s Matteo Ricci College. She also has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Mental Health Counseling from Loyola Marymount University.

Kendall is a founding board member of The Literacy Club, a nonprofit organization committed to ending book deserts by distributing new books and custom-built mini libraries to communities in need.

Kendall is an avid Quilter and can most often be found putting her lead foot to good use while stitching up quilts and other fabric creations for her loved ones.
